As a true Fashion Studio we are designing our own collections of men, women and kids JACKETS + OUTERWEAR garments suited for Designer’s Brands, Department Stores, Retailer Store Chains and E-shops around the world.

We can also work on your own design, giving you inspiration or following your brand identity, from the initial concept to the garments delivery and everything in-between.

Our various experiences have made us adaptable to any kind of labels; we can therefore design for many different styles: casual, high-end, life-style, sportswear fashion.

Our Design team and Sourcing agents travel the world exploring the latest textile innovations.

We constantly keep ourselves up to date about consumers’ expectations and behaviour as well as emerging trends by visiting and participating several times a year in the most important textile fairs in France, Italy and China. There, we source the best European and Asian weavers and suppliers.

This allows us to have an in-house stock of a very large and constantly updated selection of fabrics, trims, accessories to match various types of styles and products. Our fabrics, accessories and trims are OEKO-TEX compliant.

You can trust us as clothing procurement and sourcing experts in Asia, with privileged partnerships in Vietnam and China.

We source materials locally from garment suppliers and clothing factories and take care of the whole supply chain management while ensuring the best sustainability and work ethics.

We ship the products directly to all kinds of clothing retailers : e-retailers, online stores, department Stores, store Chains… Garment procurement in Asia has never been this easy and reliable.

For all created piece of JACKETS + OUTERWEAR, we provide our customers with very detailed drawings and corresponding technical packs.

We strive to make all our fashion designs as realistic as possible so that our clients can get a very precise idea on how the finished garments will look like.
With a thorough understanding of the product development’s process, French People Design offers concrete support & guidance in the following processes:

• Close follow-up with fashion designers to ensure the correct adaptation from design concept into concrete garments and avoid production risks
• Confirmation of collection consistency prior to launching prototypes: shapes, fabrics, accessories

PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP

With 10 years presence in Asia and offices based in China and Vietnam, we have significant sourcing and long-term partnerships with audited garment factories in the region.

During the manufacturing process our Merchandiser’s team is making sure that clients’ requirements and specifications are constantly and fully followed.
Our lead-time is around 6 to 8 weeks after the receipt of fabrics.

We strive to produce garments to the highest quality standard. We therefore manage very closely all our clothing productions and are in constant relation with our Asian partner factories in order to immediately respond to any type of complications.

We treasure our long-term partnerships with a network of audited factories located in China and South East Asia, fully compliant with SA 8000, BSCI, SEDEX or WRAP.

Our Merchandising and QC teams operate both on site’s supervision and daily contact with factories during the whole production process at all phases of product development progress (proto samples, PPS, shipment samples…).

QUALITY CONTROL

In order to meet our customers’ quality garment expectations we perform in-house quality control audits at every phase of the manufacturing process, from the moment the fabric is received up to the export phase.

In addition, we work with a third and independent QC Company to review in line production and be able to quickly address any issues that may arise during manufacturing… This external QC Company also operates another final QC once production is finished to guarantee final quality and conformity before the shipment process. Our partner factories are either SA 8000, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP. Our fabrics, accessories and trims are OEKO-TEX® compliant.

We manage:
• Fabric testing at several levels
• Quality inspection of fabrics and accessories before production launch
• Several inspections during the production time: pre-line, in-line and final inspection
• Third independent party inspection and official QC report in English

We have a full comprehension of garment manufacture engineering and make sure to choose the best clothing factories in Asia (in Vietnam and China), in compliance with our quality standards and work ethics.

We produce high quality clothes at reasonable prices while respecting the environment and caring for the life of the workers. We guarantee quality control, ecological responsibility and human rights respect.

SHIPMENT

We can offer the most suitable solution for your outbound logistics, whether that means EXW factory, FOB port, FCA airport or DAP right to your warehouse.

We will ensure that your garments arrive on time, providing all export documents needed.
Our logistics team has a very good knowledge about regulations and tax to avoid delivery problems.

We can also support with consolidating orders into single shipments to try and reduce C02 emissions and limit our carbon footprint. In 2019, 95% of our bulk productions were delivered as per agreed schedules with customers, using boat transportation.
